Join our TRIBE Mission

TRIBE is dedicated to bring the tools of yoga to the military community, specifically for active duty and their families.

We understand the challenges and sacrifices each individual faces in order to serve.

Our purpose is to improve the soldiers retainability; physically, mentally for the individual and systemically for the collective community.

Check back here for more details about our core curriculum. We plan to offer monthly introductory sessions that will offer the tools of a physical practice, breath awareness, and mindfulness techniques. In addition, we will offer weekly classes for active duty and their families.

If you are interested in becoming a nOMad/TRIBE teacher, please reach out to us about our next training program.

Donate to TRIBE

Please consider donating to our non-profit organization, TRIBE to help us bring the tools of yoga to active military. Proceeds will go to our scholarship fund to certify active duty and veterans as yoga teachers through nOMad’s 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved YTT program. In addition, you will help cover costs to bring regular yoga classes to active duty at no cost to them.

You can learn more about our journey and mission in our latest “The Space in Between” podcast episode #7, when we sat down with with nOMad teacher, Jessica Bugbee Porro and her father, Stephen Bugbee.

Stephen is an ultra cyclist who is also raising money for TRIBE in his next race in June 2019. You can learn more at here Ride a Dream website.
