Learn how the teach the tools of yoga to active duty military members. Through the physical and mindfulness practices aligned with the military culture, our purpose is to improve the soldiers retainability; physically/mentally for the individual and systemically for the collective community.
During this weekend training, you will learn how to:
Incorporate the physical yoga practice (asana) into PT programs to increase ENDURANCE
Sequence a practice to create more BALANCE in the daily military demands.
Introduce breathing (pranayama), mindfulness, philosophy, and meditation techniques that will enhance the RESILIENCY of the overall well being of a stressful soldier’s life.
Who is this training for:
This course is for any certified yoga teachers and/or active duty who are interested in sharing these tools with their military community.
