What is included during your 6 weeks:
Weekly Zoom calls with Phoebe & fellow movers. A choice on Mondays morning or evening call to set intentions for the week with your community.
Daily Emails. Receive new tools and the support you need to empower you right in your in box.
Weekly videos and Soundcloud audio. 2-3 per week for guided movement and meditation that you can access throughout the training and beyond.
Weekly Journal Prompts. 1-2 per week to get you to dig deeper into your exploration.
