Mvt 109: a New Movement Class


Come experience a new way of connecting to your body and realign with your intentions through the play between movement/stillness. This new class designed by nOMad founder, Phoebe Miller, will guide you through an organic sequence to return you back to your core being and enliven you to move to you own inner beat again. Bringing her life and movement experiences as a teacher for over 20 years, this class will truly be both invigorating and healing for the mind, body, and soul.

Be prepared to move in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

This is a 3 week class series at the new movement studio, Barre, Body, and Soul.
