Learn the foundations of how to teach yoga. We will cover all the essentials so that you can dive into deeper your own practice & teach with confidence. PLEASE NOTE! We are aligned with the NEW Yoga Alliance Standards!
Content covered will include:
Fundamentals of teaching
Anatomy for movement
Practical tools of meditation and pranayama
Philosophy of yoga
Sequence a class
And also receive more tools for your yoga toolbox that will take you and your students “beyond” the mat:
Mvt109. Learn how to integrate this new movement practice developed by nOMad founder, Phoebe Miller, into your own yoga class or get the full certification to be able to teach this full class as a new way of moving.
TRIBE. Learn how to teach/integrate the simple and practical tools of yoga to the military and become one of our TRIBE teachers.
Barre. Learn the barre basics to integrate into a yoga class or teach a barre class format with Barre teacher, Ashely Layne.

Pricing can include 200 hour of YTT + the 2 additional weekend trainings (consult with Phoebe to find what program is best for you)
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 deposit. Any cancellation received in writing before the training will result in a loss of 50% of the payments made price. Any cancellation made after the training begins will result in a full loss of payments made.

Meet Your Lead Trainer & nOMad Founder, Phoebe Miller
Phoebe comes from a strong movement background. She received her BFA in Modern Dance from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she studied technique, anatomy, kinesiology, and pedagogy. As a professional dancer in New York City, her studies continued and she earned her Pilates certification from the Kane School of Core Integration, 500 hour Certification (ERYT500) under the guidance of her mentor Jeanmarie Paolillo from YogaWorks and Restorative/Therapeutics training with Jillian Pransky from YogaWorks.
Teaching at various studios/programs in New York City since 2002, Phoebe made the move to the Hudson Valley in 2010. She founded and directed the yoga program, Yoga at the Roundhouse as part of the boutique hotel, The Roundhouse at Beacon Falls in Beacon, NY. In 2014, she founded nOMad always at OM. Her mission through nOMad is to give her students the tools tolive a fuller life with more joy, gratitude, confidence, and connection.

Phoebe’s focuses on the importance ofalignment, breath, and mindfulness. Phoebe demonstrates that with practice, patience, courage, and compassion,yoga can open a world of greater possibilities and deepen the connectionto one’s core being.
